With over 20 years of professional excellence in the legal industry, I began my career as a billing clerk before working my way up to a litigation paralegal, eventually leading a team of my own. Along the way, I even stepped into the role of executive paralegal, supporting law firms with both case management and marketing efforts. My diverse background in foreclosure, real estate, personal injury, family law, title work, business and corporate law, probate, and legal research has given me a comprehensive understanding of how law firms operate and a clear perspective on where they often struggle.

In 2017, I founded Eda Rosa LLC, a consulting and training company dedicated to transforming the legal industry from the inside out. Through tailored staff training, operations management, career coaching, and growth strategies, I’ve helped legal professionals, law firms, legal tech companies, and paralegal businesses streamline workflows, elevate skills, and reignite motivation.

I am also the founder of the Limitless Paralegal Academy, where paralegals and legal professionals access courses, resources, and mentorship to reach their fullest potential. Beyond consulting and training, I am the author of Let’s Talk Paralegal, co-author of Behind the Oath – Experiences of Paralegals, and host of the Let’s Talk Paralegal podcast and YouTube Channel, where I provide accessible, digestible content to support the legal community.

Fluent in Spanish and conversational in French, I continue to serve as an active voice in the industry, committed to ensuring that knowledge, growth, and accessibility remain at the forefront of the legal profession.
